The Anubis Pack Series

These are for the girls who dreamed of being Evie and finding their own O'Connell. Who like their magic to have a little science, and vice versa. And who can appreciate a man who is fully Chaotic Neutral, because she is too. These travel from the 1922 sands of Egypt to modern-day Boston, from magical realism to the scientific.

King Tut's Curse is real, but instead of Death, it grants eternal life. But a life lived in shadow, in the margins, no family, no chance at love.

Author's Note:

I read a lot of shifter books, they (and Aliens) are my guilty pleasure. But there were two things that really bothered me. First, The mates of the shifters stayed fully human. That seemed like a lost opportunity. These mates not only navigate learning to shift, but also the other powers they get with that claiming bite. Second, there was never any origin story! Shifters just appeared fully formed. Origin stories are one of the things I love about comics. So I built one. And added a little science to the magic. Hey! I was a researcher in Neuroscience. As if I wasn't enough of a nerd, I'm also neurodivergent, so that got thrown into the mix too.
